Grand Ballroom
This space is a highlight of the Function Centre. The design has been influenced by grand ballrooms and theatres of the past through the use of velvet curtains and ornate ceilings. When arriving on the lower level you are instantly drawn to the pressed metal ceiling, the space then dramatically opens up to expose the ornate ceiling roses that form the back drop for the Talbot Room. Bold patterned carpet, rich velvet curtains and mosaic tiled bars in combination with the decorative ceiling create a lavish and memorable experience for guests. Inbuilt staging, modern AV capabilities, green room, expansive terrace area and service entrance only add to distinctiveness of this space. Suited to dinners, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, concerts and shows.
